Slicker Brush for Goldendoodles, Poodles & Doodles

WOW!! What a difference after using this doodle brush on my bernedoodle. Easier to brush and gets down to the skin without scratching. He is between grooming, so it has taken me consistently brushing him each night with longer hair. Big difference and worth the purchase, I can get a comb thru after using the Bailey Doodle Bruch on my Bernedoodle Bear !! Thank you

Love love this brush. I now enjoy grooming my two doodles . No longer a chore!! They see me pick the brush up and they are at my feet!! Xander and Henry are 85 lbs and 65 lbs.

Coco like to chew on this thing when she can (see photos). But this brush does an excellent job on our miniature poodle's coat. Coco likes being brushed with it. Easy to clean by simply running Coco's comb through it. Despite Coco's chewing the brush is durable.

Perfect . I have tried so manynothers on our Doodle and they were either too agressivenir not enough . This one is perfect and doesn’t hurt my dog

My little girl is mostly Chow Chow, Pitbull and Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler), so she has plenty of long hair, and is double coated! Fortuntely, she only has one major shedding season, but her hair tends to kink and knot throughout the year, especially around her neck and belly.I've been through several other brushes, mostly the double sided design with the brush and slicker, but none of those have lasted. They also tended to snag her knots, pins would fall out, and eventually the entire rubber brush mount would completely rip out of the surround.This brush seems to be very durable. The fine, hooked pins work well to untangle her fur without pulling too much. The large, rectangular head has great coverage compared to the smaller oval ones, and the pins are long enough to grab the base of the loose fur. My girl loves to be brushed, but I've had a couple brushes that I noticed she reacted more negatively toward (quick head turns / glances while I was brushing, indicating discomfort)... She seems to be very comfortable with this one, even when I'm using more pressure with it.It's not quite as easy to clean as other brushes I've used - I can pull out most of the hair patties if I lift from the topside of the brush and work it downward (the brush hooks toward the bottom), but some fine hair remains in the center of the brush... It's not a big deal overall, but it may be a bit annoying for some people (like me) who prefer to put away a completely clean brush. I sometimes grab another brush just to brush the remaining hair out...This brush isn't cheap, but it's less expensive than most comparable brushes, and I can't imagine those brushes being any better (I'm not sure what they could really improve upon)! If it's as durable as it feels, and it lasts a few years, it's definitely worth it!Overall, my pooch and I are really happy with this brush!

As a professional dog groomer, I love this brush! It is quite durable and powerful, yet gentle! This design is far better than straight slicker brushes or ones with ball tips.

Works so well on my labradoodle. It is great for getting the undercoat and snarls out. Love it!

Great large-size brush pad for larger dogs, and the slickers were soft enough not to irritate my dog's skin while getting out mats on her thick doodle coat.

It took a minute of practice. But it clearly gets the best results with my curly haired Doodle.

My old slicker brush annoyed my dog. When I used it he wanted to bite me. He hated it. When I bought fresh bailey slicker brush I held my mouth and said wow! My daughter chimed in and said ma how lovely and mist of all my dog allowed me to brush him. The content was the bristles how it was angled and the quality was more than worth the price

This slicker brush has been a great tool for our Golden Doodle. It does a great job working through his curly coat, removing tangles, and helping keep his fur soft and looking well groomed. The pins are gentle but effective, and it makes brushing sessions much easier compared to other brushes we've tried. It's become an essential part of our grooming routine and has helped keep our dog's coat healthy and manageable.

The brush works great....but my dog doesn't cooperate with the grooming!!

I have a golden retriever and a mini Aussie/American eskimo and this brush is absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend. I also use it on my main coon cats.

Great brush for my poodle!

Nicely packaged and a worthy addition to my collection of grooming tools. It fluffs up the hair on my Shih poo and does a good job of detangling. She doesn't seem to mind it.

Great product, the curved brush help grooming not be painful on my doodle....bought the dematingbrush ....work like a charm.

My dog accepts the metal brush without problems. I brush her every night. I am buying the comb next.

Works great for my pup. The handle is sturdy and the brush seems very well built.My pup has wavy medium length hair and this helps with the matts especially behind his ears.
